Return & Quality Guarantee

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase if the order status is “Pending Production.”

  • Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days after delivery (based on tracking information).
  • Eligible return reasons include:
  • Incorrect size
  • Manufacturing defects
  • incorrect name or number
  • Items damaged during shipping (original packaging must be kept)
  • Please note that slight color differences or 1–2 cm manual measurement differences are considered normal.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (including printed names, numbers, or patches)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Worn, washed, or altered products

  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories


Return Requirements

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and security tags intact

  • All accessories included

  • Returned in a sturdy shipping box

  • Must include an approved RMA (Return Authorization Number)

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) or untracked returns will not be accepted


Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Please email footyprokit@163.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • At least 4 clear photos (overall product, defect/issue, size label, packaging)

Requests are usually reviewed within 24 hours.


Step 2: Prepare Return Documents

  • Print and include the return authorization form provided by customer service

  • Complete three copies of the commercial invoice, marked as
    “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”

  • Place documents in a waterproof pouch attached to the outside of the package


Step 3: Ship the Return

  • Use a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, etc.)

  • Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer

  • Send the tracking number to customer service after shipment


Step 4: Inspection & Refund

  • Items will be inspected within 3–5 business days after arrival

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
    (coupon or promotional discounts are non-refundable)

  • If the return does not meet requirements, the item may be returned or destroyed after confirmation


Additional Notes

  • International returns may incur customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility

  • PayPal refunds may require the original transaction ID

  • Bulk orders (10+ items) may require a separate return agreement

  • Disputed orders will be held until resolved

  • Fraudulent return activity may result in account restrictions or blacklisting
